I found the text very true! The union of people makes all the difference, especially when each one contributes with their best. The part that talks about respect and communication caught my attention, because without that, teamwork really doesn’t work. I believe that with teamwork, we can go much further than trying to do everything alone.
I think that teamwork is essential, yes. But I also think that projects that are created single handed should be more appreciated, because, sometimes, pairing doesn't work, and creative ideas clashes. So to avoid that people choose to work alone.
